| Content | Result |
|---|---|
| Video posts | MP4 with sound, best quality available |
| Photos and photosets | Every image in full size |

Tumblr link formats that work
Both styles work: tumblr.com/blogname/123456789/… and blogname.tumblr.com/post/123456789/…. Reblogs work too: TapDL finds the original video inside the reblog. Copy the post link, not the dashboard or blog homepage.
Save Tumblr videos on iPhone, Android and PC
iPhone: Safari → Save to phone → Save Video. Android: the MP4 goes to Gallery and Downloads. Computer: click the post’s date or the ··· menu to open it on its own page, copy the address, paste it here and click Download.
Download Tumblr photosets in one go
When a post has several images, TapDL shows each one. Use the arrows to browse them and tap Download all to save the whole set to your phone or computer.
